The camping area will open on Thursday at 10.00 am and closes on Monday at 06.00 pm. You can Check In around the clock. The camping tickets you get right at the entrance to the camping area. The use of the camping area costs per person from Thursday 10.00 pm – 15 Euro, from, Friday 10.00 pm – 10 Euro, from Saturday 10.00pm – 5 Euro . You can camp right besides your car. The camping area is divided into two sections: “Quiet Camping” and “Loud Camping”.
Electricity is not available at the camping area. You can get water for free at the “shower and toilet area” Where you can find this is explained in the printed festival guide. Showers and water-toilets you find also at the “shower and toilet area” (fee: showers: 2.50 € / WC: € 0.50). On the whole camping area you find free Dixi-Toilets for use. This year we also offer rental Dixis. For disabled visitors there are a disabled toilet on the “shower and toilet area” and on the “festival area” available.
We collect per person 5 Euro garbage deposit, you get a garbage bag and a token. Upon delivery of the token + garbage bag, you get back the garbage deposit. This is possible at the following times at the exit from the camping area: Saturday 10.00 am till 06.00 pm / Sunday 10.00 am – 06.00 pm
You can take your own Beverages and food to the camping area. At the festival area own food and drinks are not allowed. Grilling on the camping area is allowed but open fires are forbidden. For photos and videos for private use, small cameras and cell phones are allowed. Professional audio and video devices are forbidden. You can apply a photo license on the press area.
The following items are prohibited: animals, drugs, weapons, and all objects that are classified as dangerous by our security team. We will do checks at the entrance to camping area. Driving on the caping area under the influence of drugs or alcohol is prohibited . On the camping area is only walking speed allowed.
People aged between 16 and 18 years which will stay after 0.00 clock must be accompanied by a responsible adult at the festival site.
We offer a bus-shuttle to the lake, which can be used for a small fee. The shuttle runs to the lake on Friday and Saturday from 9.30 am till 06.00 pm. The exact departure times will be announced in the printed festivalguide.
E-Tickets & Hard Tickets – On each ticket is a unique barcode printed , which will be scanned at the entrance. Each barcode works only once. Duplications are useless. Only purchase tickets at authorized ticket agencies or on www.airbeat-one.de. The pre-sale tickets can be exchanged to the fabric band, on friday 12.00 clock at the entrance to the festival area
